Renewing the heart of the Church.
Christ Music was founded by Martin Doman in 2002 in a response to a inspiration in prayer. The idea that Catholics, inspired with hearts opened by beautiful praise music, could encounter Christ in the Eucharist in a deeply personal way. Beauty awakens the heart with longing, and within the context of this yearning for God, the Holy Spirit enters and renews, heals, and strengthens, bringing one closer to a closer relationship with the Triune God.

Since 2002, Christ Music has been leading people in musical prayer and closer to Jesus in the Eucharist; both at Mass and Adoration services all over the United States. Currently, Christ Music operates from South Lyon MI.

Christ Music's mission is to help open hearts to the love of Christ through inspiring, beautiful, professional, and prayerful Eucharistic praise and worship. We long to bring renewal to the hearts of Catholics, to help them to fall in love with their faith again, encountering Christ in a new way through the Holy Spirit.

Although the roots of praise and worship music as a genre began during the Charismatic Renewal of the late 20th Century, the practice of using familiar music to worship God is much older, going all the way back to the psalms.

This music has experienced a remarkable resurgence in the modern age, and we have seen that when this poweful art form is placed at the service of prayer, the results are evangelization, conversion, and deeper personal devotion.

Martin Doman
Martin Doman is the Founder and President of Christ Music. He has been performing the craft of praise and worship for over 25 years professionally. He has led worship for national Catholic men's and women's conferences as well as for the Papal visit in 2015. He has released 6 collections of recordings of worship music. He currently sings each week for the 11:30 am Mass at St. Patrick's in Brighton, MI. He is available for concerts, holy hours, retreats and conferences.
